I was approached by Dave Valk, a young activist in charge of the Student portion of the National Equality March, to do design work for the organization. A clean and colorful series of posters and digital graphics were created for students to distribute. We started the facebook fanpage and over a span of a few days grew from 0 to over 4,000 young people passionate about the rights of GLBT individuals in the U.S. By leveraging facebook, twitter, and a mobile TXT software we were able to attract several hundred young and passionate future leaders to meet a day before the national march in Washington D.C.
